PDF format ebooks are not as flexible as other formats.
Advantages of PDF format:
- Shows exactly the same formatting as the original printed book
- Good if you want to print pages from the book
Disadvantages of PDF format:
- Will not display well on a tablet or e-reader device
- Cannot adjust the size of the text
- Will not work with Kindle devices
